We are pleased to announce that just a few days ago a new TAURUS BLULINE T12 shear baler was installed in southern Finland. The T shears are among the most robust machines produced with the oscillating wing system. A fast and particularly heavy structure (VHS) baler and shear suitable for processing different types of scrap, from collected to demolition, with an hourly production rate that can reach up to 60 tons.
The machine is characterised by a cutting force of 1200 tons, box length of 8300 mm with n.3 cylinders per wing and 4 x 90 kW engines. The shear, in question, has also been equipped with loading hopper, operator’s cabin, a protection of the longitudinal cylinder and an oil pre-heating system due to the low temperatures of the Arctic winter.
